Lunch: Wednesday - Friday 11:30am - 2pm

Tuesday - Thursday 4:00PM-10:00PM

Friday - Saturday 4:00PM - 11:00PM

Recess Time: Tuesday-Saturday 4:00PM - 6:00PM & 9:00PM - close

Do you take reservations?

Yes, we do take reservations for parties up to 12 guests. Any party size above 12 guests please call or email us at . We ONLY take reservations for lunch & dinner.

Recess Time (Happy Hour) is only on a first come first serve basis. However, If a reservation is made during Recess hours, menus will be given to guests.

Do you host private parties?

Yes, please email us at at least 1 month before party date. Private parties can be held in our back dining room with seating up to 34 guests. We do require a rental fee, minimum, and a signed contract for any private party. We would love to sit down and discuss your private party, wedding rehearsal, holiday party, wedding reception, you name it! For more information, click on private dining tab above.

Do you do catering events off-site?

We have only done a few. We are open to the possibility of doing off-site catering events. To discuss more, email us at

Do you have gluten free options?

Yes we do! Our fryer is 100% gluten free Tuesday-Friday as we use cornmeal, rice flour, or Bob's Red Mill gluten free flour. Saturday & Sunday we fry beignets! We strive to provide quality food to anyone with any dietary needs. However, we can NOT guarantee everything is 100% gluten free as we do have bread, flour, and other gluten products around. Dishes on the menu like Gumbo and Hush Puppies are gluten free. No, we do not carry gluten free bread.

Do you have dairy free options?

Yes we do! Everything is made from scratch in house so we can do our best to alter a dish if needed. Please communicate to your server and we will see what we can do!

Are you open for the holidays?

We are NOT open Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day,  and 4th of July

Are kids allowed?

Yes, of course! We have a kids menu available too!

Do you have gift cards/certificates?

We do! You may purchase at Castor for any amount during business hours or by phone 541.231.3322 to be mailed to you.

What is your corkage fee?

Any wine bottles brought in from outside Castor and opened requires a corkage fee charge of $12

Do you allow outside desserts/cakes brought in?

We do, however, there is a cake cutting fee of $2/per person max at 20 people.
