What type of events are you able to host in your private dining space?
-Wedding Events: Rehearsal Dinner, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, Engagement Parties
-Corporate Events: Dinner programs, Receptions & Mixers, Board Dinners, Networking Events
-Social Events: Birthdays, Anniversaries, Reunions, Retirement Parties, Graduation Parties
-Seasonal Events: New Year’s Celebrations, Mother’s Day/Father’s Day Celebrations, Holiday Celebrations, etc.
What are the capacitates of your private dining space?
It depends on the space you would like to rent. Castor can accommodate up to 93 seasted guests.

How does the pricing work for private dining?
We offer pricing based upon consumption & per person for meals. There is a food & beverage minimum & a rental fee (included in the minimum) for each room. This does not included a 20% service charge that will be added to your total bill.
Do you have sample menus available?
We base each menu off of our current dinner menu. As we focus heavily on local & seasonal food, it will depend on which season corresponds to your scheduled event.
Each option can have a “cocktail hour” with appetizers.
We offer a 3 course plated dinner (appetizer/salad, entrée, dessert), a buffet-style dinner or family-style dinner, priced per person. Beverages are charged on consumption, ex: beer, cider and cocktails consumed or wine bottles opened.
Do you charge room rental fees?
Yes, a room rental fee will be included in your food & beverage minimums. If, however, the food & beverage minimum is not met, we will add an additional fee to meet the minimum.

I’d like to play music & a slideshow, is that possible?
We have an iPad that is hooked up to our speakers. You may create your own playlist on Spotify to stream your music. We do not have a projector, screen or microphone. You may bring your own or rent locally.
Do you offer any other services to make my event even better?
We have extra amenities available upon request for addition cost. Please speak with us for prices & to make arrangements:
